A little about Lovina, Bali...

Lovina is located in the north of Bali about 6 kilometers west of Bali's second largest city, Singaraja in the regency of Buleleng.

Lovina is famous for the dolphins which you can see swimming early in the morning, but it is not just the dolphins that makes Lovina a great place to live or buy property. Lovina is just a two to three hour scenic drive from Kuta. Many tourists and retirees are starting to discover the magic and peacefulness of the north of Bali, with its quiet beaches and beautiful sunsets.

The south of Bali is becoming overcrowded, polluted and full of traffic jams. The north of Bali doesn't have these problems and people are starting to realize the benefits of moving to the north.

Property prices are also still fairly affordable in the north, than compared with the south. There are some great beach front properties available, facing the Bali Sea. Also just a few kilometers out of central Lovina you can head up into the nearby hills and buy a hill top villa or vacant land with beautiful views of the sea and across to Java.

While Lovina doesn't have as much shopping opportunities as the south of Bali, there are two Hardy's stores in Singaraja and one in nearby Seririt.

Seririt is another up and coming area for property investors and developers.
